Terms of Service — Resto1Click

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Resto1Click (available at resto1.click), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Resto1Click is a platform that allows restaurant owners to create, customize and publish a professional website for their establishment. The service is available in a free version and a Pro version.

3. User account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity performed from your account. You agree to provide accurate information upon registration and to keep it up to date.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you publish (texts, photos, menus). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display this content as part of the service. You guarantee that this content does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Google Business Profile connection

By connecting your Google Business Profile account, you authorize Resto1Click to access your Google listing data in order to sync your establishment's information and display your reviews. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account.

6. Subscription and payment

The free version is available without commitment. The Pro version is billed monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. No refunds are made for periods already started.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may be carried out with or without advance notice.

8. Limitation of liability

Resto1Click shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid during the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
