1. Who we are

Resto1Click (available at resto1.click) is a SaaS platform allowing restaurant owners to create and manage a professional website for their establishment. The data controller is the publisher of the Resto1Click platform.

2. Data collected

We collect the following data:

  • Account data: email address, name, password (encrypted)
  • Restaurant data: name, address, phone, opening hours, menu, photos
  • Google data: if you connect your Google account, we access your Google Business profile to sync your listing information
  • Navigation data: pages visited, usage events (anonymized analytics)

3. Use of Google data

When you connect your Google Business Profile account, we use the data solely to:

  • Identify and link your Google listing to your Resto1Click account
  • Display Google reviews on your Resto1Click site
  • Sync basic information about your establishment

We do not share your Google data with third parties and do not use it for advertising purposes. The use of data obtained via Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy .

4. Processing purposes

Your data is processed to:

  • Provide and improve the Resto1Click service
  • Manage your account and subscription
  • Generate and host your restaurant's website
  • Send service-related notifications (no marketing without consent)

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We may use technical sub-processors (Vercel hosting, Supabase database, Stripe payments) who process data on our behalf and according to our instructions, in compliance with GDPR.

6. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is erased within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.

7. Your rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data
  • Right of rectification
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to revoke Google access at any time via your Google account

8. Cookies and statistics

Essential cookies

The Resto1Click dashboard (dashboard.resto1.click) uses cookies strictly necessary for authentication (Supabase JWT session). These cookies are essential for the service to function and do not require consent. No cookies are set on public restaurant sites.

Anonymous statistics (with consent)

With your consent, we collect anonymous visit statistics on restaurant sites to improve our service:

  • Country of origin of the visit
  • Device type and browser
  • Referring domain (site from which you arrive)
  • UTM parameters (marketing campaign source)

This data is processed on our servers and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. No cookies are used for this tracking. You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time via the banner displayed on your first visit, or by deleting the analytics_consent key from your browser's localStorage (Developer Tools → Application → Local Storage).
